These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Sagar Kumar Sahu, sole proprietor trading as Sagarvo Labs, which operates MediaToURL, when you visit, register, upload, process, store, share, embed, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use the service. If you use MediaToURL for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
The current independent build provides public pages and local browser tools. Dedicated account, cloud storage, hosted delivery, API integration, and billing services are not provisioned, so those features cannot be used today. Terms describing accounts, uploads, links, plans, or integrations apply only if the corresponding feature is made available and should not be read as a claim that it is currently active. The product is not intended to be a confidential archive or guaranteed permanent backup.
1. Accounts, Workspaces, and Credentials
You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. Keep login credentials, API keys, integration credentials, delete tokens, and sessions confidential; use the least privilege needed; and notify us promptly if you suspect compromise. Activity through your account or workspace may be attributed to you until the issue is investigated.
MediaToURL is not directed to children. You must meet the minimum age required by the law that applies to you, and you must be legally able to enter this agreement. A paid plan may only be purchased by someone who can legally make the purchase or by an authorized representative of an organization.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for membership, roles, shared links, custom domains, and the content managed by their workspace. Do not share an owner account or use another person's credentials.
You may not create accounts, keys, workspaces, or integrations to evade a restriction, impersonate another person, or conceal repeated abuse. We may require additional verification or limit functionality when account activity presents security, fraud, spam, or operational risk.
2. Content Ownership and Permission to Operate the Service
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant MediaToURL a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to receive, store, reproduce, cache, resize, transcode, format, transmit, display, secure, investigate, restrict, and remove that content only as needed to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and enforce the service or comply with law.
You represent that you own the content or have every permission, license, consent, and release required to upload, host, process, share, embed, and make it available through the settings you select. You are responsible for personal data, publicity rights, copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and any legal restrictions connected to your content.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not upload, process, store, link to, or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, grooming or exploitation content, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, terrorism support, fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, ransomware, exploit tooling, credential theft, obfuscated scripts, or content that creates an immediate risk to a person or system.
You may not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights; upload regulated or highly sensitive records without a lawful and suitable purpose; or use a public link as a substitute for a confidential-storage or secrets-management system.
You may not attack or probe MediaToURL, bypass access controls, abuse storage or bandwidth, run unauthorized crawlers, use stolen credentials, submit live malware to support, or use the service to facilitate another person's prohibited conduct.
4. Spam, Search Manipulation, and Evasion
Do not use MediaToURL to publish mass-generated low-value pages, doorway content, keyword-stuffed filenames, misleading redirects, link schemes, fake engagement, spam campaigns, or content intended primarily to manipulate search rankings or third-party platforms. Do not use generated embeds as a hidden or unrelated backlink system.
Do not evade quotas, rate limits, moderation, account restrictions, or delivery controls by rotating IP addresses, creating multiple accounts, changing identifiers, abusing APIs, copying disabled files, or moving prohibited content to a custom domain.
We may apply rate limits, challenges, upload restrictions, no-index controls, link limits, account review, or other safeguards when activity resembles automated spam, fraud, scraping, hotlinking abuse, or coordinated evasion.
5. Reports, Review, and Enforcement
Anyone may report a hosted URL through the Report Abuse channel. Reports are reviewed using the URL, reason, technical signals, content and metadata available to us, account history, and other evidence. A report is not automatically a finding, but false, malicious, or coordinated reports may themselves violate these Terms.
Urgent or credible safety risks may be restricted immediately. Repeated independent reports may cause temporary delivery blocking while an operator investigates. After review, we may clear the report, retain a restriction, quarantine or delete the asset and its generated outputs, disable every related delivery path, suspend or terminate the account or workspace, revoke API or integration credentials, block related identifiers, preserve limited records, or notify rights holders, service providers, or authorities when appropriate.
We may take action without advance notice when notice would increase risk, allow evidence to disappear, enable continued harm, or be impractical. Where appropriate, an affected account may contact support to request review; an appeal does not automatically restore access while a safety, legal, or security investigation is open.
6. Plans, Quotas, Billing, and Custom Domains
Paid plans, quotas, hosted uploads, and custom-domain delivery are not available in the current build. No plan purchase or recurring subscription can be started through this MediaToURL site.
If plans are introduced, the available limits, price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation steps, and any storage consequences will be stated before checkout. A feature will not be treated as available merely because a future workflow is described in advance.
7. Paid Plans, Renewals, and Billing
The independent service does not currently offer paid plans, checkout, recurring billing, or a connected Merchant of Record. No subscription payment can be made through this build.
If billing is enabled in a future release, the price, seller, renewal interval, cancellation path, refund conditions, and applicable tax disclosures will be presented before a customer confirms a purchase. The related refund policy will be updated to match the active billing workflow.
These Terms do not remove a cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Do not send full payment-card details or payment credentials to support.
8. Deletion, Public Delivery, and No Backup Promise
A public or unlisted URL is accessible to anyone who obtains it and may be copied, cached, embedded, downloaded, or redistributed. Restricting or deleting a MediaToURL asset cannot recall copies already downloaded or republished outside our control, although we may stop normal delivery through the MediaToURL routes we operate.
MediaToURL is not a primary backup, disaster-recovery archive, or guaranteed permanent storage system. Keep independent copies of source files that matter to you. Expiry, deletion, plan changes, security enforcement, provider failures, or legal action may make a file unavailable.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, formats, providers, routes, or delivery behavior when reasonably needed to operate the service, respond to abuse, comply with law, or protect users and infrastructure.
9. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MediaToURL and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, custom domain, account activity, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or prohibited activity carried out through your account or workspace.
10. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits
The service, hosted links, files, processing features, APIs, share pages, integrations, and delivery paths are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect processing, permanent links, complete malware detection, or that every uploaded file is safe or lawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediaToURL and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, business, use, or data arising from the service. MediaToURL's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid MediaToURL in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
11. Governing Process and Contact
Before starting a formal dispute, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to investigate. Any arbitration, forum, governing-law, class-action, or statutory rights provision applies only to the extent enforceable in the jurisdiction that governs the dispute; nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
For account, safety, copyright, privacy, or legal questions, use the Contact page or email [email protected]. These Terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied on for a particular jurisdiction or business model.
