Instead of sending every file through one generic queue, the product gives different media their own review surfaces. Screenshots need context. PDFs need pages. Video and audio need playback. HTML needs a safe place to render.

Public, unlisted and workspace access have different consequences. The product explains that a forwardable link is not confidential storage.
Show the evidence.
Blogs and technical guides link to their sources and describe what was tested, what was not tested, and where a browser or provider may behave differently.
