Disclaimer

Last updated November 3, 2026. The independent service is still being configured.

The current MediaToURL build provides public product pages and local browser-based previews and editors. Dedicated account, cloud hosting, hosted delivery, and billing services are not provisioned, so this site does not currently accept cloud uploads or subscriptions.

This page describes product boundaries. It does not promise that planned services are available or that every media file will behave the same across browsers and recipient devices.

1. Availability and no backup promise

The local tools and editors are provided as available in the current browser build. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular processing result. Once cloud services are enabled, their delivery availability and limits will be stated with the relevant feature.

MediaToURL is not a primary backup, disaster-recovery archive, or guaranteed permanent storage system. Keep independent copies of important source files.

2. User content and external services

The current preview processes a selected file locally in the browser; it does not create a hosted MediaToURL link. If upload or public delivery is enabled later, you will remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share the material and for checking the destination link before publishing it.

External websites, browsers, networks and providers operate under their own terms and behavior. MediaToURL cannot guarantee how a third-party page embeds, caches, downloads, plays or displays a file.

3. Local processing

Editing and conversion features are best-effort browser operations. Results can vary with file structure, browser support, available memory, device capacity, and the selected settings. Keep the original and verify an export before relying on it.
