MediaToURL does not currently offer a paid plan, checkout, recurring subscription, or connected payment provider. There is no active MediaToURL subscription to cancel through this independent build, and no purchase can be made on this site.
If paid features are introduced later, the price, seller, renewal terms, cancellation route, and refund conditions will be published before checkout is enabled. Any refund process will preserve rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Current cancellation and refund status
Because paid subscriptions and checkout are not enabled, this build does not currently provide billing controls, a customer portal, subscription renewals, or a MediaToURL refund window.
Do not treat proposed plans, pricing discussions, or future product descriptions as an offer to purchase. The pricing page will identify a plan as available only after the billing service and its purchase terms are verified.
2. If you see an unexpected charge
Contact [email protected] with the transaction date, amount, and the name shown on the statement. Do not send a full payment-card number, card security code, banking password, or authentication code.
You may also contact the payment provider or financial institution shown on the statement. MediaToURL cannot identify or reverse a transaction processed by an unrelated seller.
3. Future paid service terms
Before any subscription is offered, MediaToURL will publish the checkout seller, billing interval, renewal and cancellation method, refund terms, and available support route. This page will be updated to describe the actual workflow when those services are ready.
Nothing in this policy removes a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.
